Authors retain their copyright and creative control, manage their own publishing accounts, and receive their sales royalties directly.
RFP receives permission to display and use approved book covers, author images, descriptions, and related promotional assets to promote the author, title, and Red Folder Press catalog.
RFP publishes finished books.
The $150 package does not include developmental editing, copyediting, proofreading, ghostwriting, interior formatting, custom cover design, paid advertising, media pitching, guaranteed sales, or guaranteed bookstore placement.
If a manuscript needs additional preparation before submission, authors may be referred to independent resources such as Literacy Lives. Red Folder Press does not manage or include those outside services in the Author Partner Package.
Author Partner Submission
We consider completed, professionally prepared manuscripts across multiple genres. Red Folder Press does not currently accept low-content books or romance titles.
